On July 7 - 14, 2007, Queen Elizabeth School Old Students' Association Secondary School (QESOSASS) hosted the 21st Youth Conference of Caretakers of the Environment International (CEI) - the first CEI conference held in Asia since CEI's establishment in 1987. It was encouraging to have a total of 276 students comprising 47 teams from 24 countries and regions from Africa, America, Asia and Europe participating in 94 project presentations, 13 field trips and 35 lectures by invited speakers - an accomplishment that sustained the excellence of CEI tradition.
